Smyslem t\u00e9to \u010dinnosti je zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed prac\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch technick\u00fdch a technologick\u00fdch postup\u016f. Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ochrana vlastn\u00edka (stavebn\u00edka), kter\u00fd se mnohdy stane ob\u011bt\u00ed nekvalitn\u00ed a neodborn\u00e9 firmy, vzhledem k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee stavebn\u00edci b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou laici, \u010deho\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 firmy zneu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed. Zhotovitel tak ze stavebn\u00edka pouze \u201etah\u00e1\u201c pen\u00edze, a to n\u011bkdy i na \u00fakor kvality. Stavba se pak v\u00fdrazn\u011b prodra\u017e\u00ed, n\u011bkdy ji\u017e v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu stavby, ale zpravidla to b\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u017edy po realizaci p\u0159i odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed reklamac\u00ed. Z\u00a0toho d\u016fvodu stavebn\u00ed dozor d\u00e1le sleduje spr\u00e1vnost vykazovan\u00fdch prac\u00ed ve vztahu k \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00edch zdroj\u016f. Z\u00a0t\u011bchto d\u016fvod\u016f dozor zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 svou \u010dinnost a pr\u016fb\u011bh stavby do stavebn\u00edho den\u00edku.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-136-0-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-136-0-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Dle stavebn\u00edho z\u00e1kona a v praxi jde v\u017edy o kontroln\u00ed (dozorovou) \u010dinnost, kterou prov\u00e1d\u00ed jednak stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad v pr\u016fb\u011bhu realizace a u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed stavby a jednak stavebn\u00ed dozor, kter\u00fd mus\u00ed zajistit stavebn\u00edk, zejm\u00e9na jedn\u00e1-li se o stavbu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pro bydlen\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>ve\u0159ejnou \u010di kulturn\u00ed pam\u00e1tku<\/li>\n<li>nebo o stavbu prov\u00e1d\u011bnou sv\u00e9pomoc\u00ed (tedy neodbornou firmou a bez stavbyvedouc\u00edho) apod.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Stavbyvedouc\u00edho m\u016f\u017ee vykon\u00e1vat pouze fyzick\u00e1 osoba, kter\u00e1 k tomu z\u00edskala opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed podle z\u00e1kona \u010d. 360\/1992 Sb., o v\u00fdkonu povol\u00e1n\u00ed autorizovan\u00fdch architekt\u016f a o v\u00fdkonu povol\u00e1n\u00ed autorizovan\u00fdch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f a technik\u016f \u010dinn\u00fdch ve v\u00fdstavb\u011b. V b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u0159e\u010di tedy osoba \"s autorizac\u00ed\".<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0r\u00e1mci stavebn\u00edho dozorov\u00e1n\u00ed V\u00e1m tedy nab\u00edz\u00edm slu\u017eby:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stavebn\u00ed dozor (SD) \u2013 v\u00a0praxi n\u011bkdy ozna\u010dov\u00e1n jako technick\u00fd dozor investora (TDI)<\/li>\n<li>Autorsk\u00fd dozor (AD) \u2013 dozor hlavn\u00edho projektanta v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu realizace, kter\u00fd sleduje a kontroluje dodr\u017een\u00ed podm\u00ednek projektu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cena autorsk\u00e9ho a stavebn\u00edho dozoru \u00fazce souvis\u00ed s\u00a0\u010dasovou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost\u00ed a druhem stavby. V praxi ji lze p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u011b stanovit podle jednoduch\u00e9ho sch\u00e9matu, kde AD \u010din\u00ed kolem 3% z celkov\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f na stavbu a SD m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt a\u017e kolem 14%.
